Good video. I’m 40 and I’m in tremendous shape. I go to a gym that frequents, a lot of US Army green berets, in NC. At first half of them thought I was in the spec ops community, and asked me how is it that I can do 50 controlled pull ups, for my first several sets. I am keeping it a secret lol. It’s the Epsom salt, along with aklaline water and diet.” I’ve been on the Epsom salt for like 10 years and I use it 3 times a week and every thing you say is true. Good video peace.
Wow, great secret too, lol. Its just a pity that people isn’t really using more of these natural healing properties to keep them going, like you made mention that you are in your 40s, so that goes to show that this bath isn’t for just a particular age group but for everyone. Thanks for watching these video and also sharing your kind words with me in return also.
I did the epsom salt bath last night and I felt like I was going to die. It may be because the water was too hot or that I added baking soda and a little hydrogen peroxide to it as instructed on a different tutorial.
Hi L Breezy, sorry about what happened to you. yes it maybe because the water you said was too hot then the additional stuff you added to it. For starter, you could try it all on its own then after getting use to it then you could add other stuff to it. Thanks
bro, this bath is really good sampled it a few weeks ago, I was having some back aches etc and trust mi yute! the Epsom Salt sort mi out!
yeah man, Epsom salt worth every penny you paid for it. Please promote among the other people out there who are suffering from serious pains in their bodies, joint etc, please give this bath a try and you will never be the same again.
I’m an athlete who had blood cloth from physical damage that got worse…bypass surgery was done on my leg and I’m still feeling pains in my calf & I’m only 21 years of age…
Do you think Epsom salt would play any big help at all in blood circulation and reducing pain?? & would it be more beneficil bathing every day insted of 3 a week. I’d appreciate a feedback! Thanks!
Hey Z06tiko, Im sorry to here about your injury. The first suggestion I would give you is to go to the BEACH. If you live anywhere close by the ocean that is one of the best natural aids for injuries- Sea Water. IF you can get to a beach soak your calf in the water for 10-15 minutes (if you can stay longer that is better). The natural elements in sea water will get your blood to circulate and also help you feel refreshed all at once. Just sit in the water and allow your calf to be covered.
Secondly I would say to use Epsom salt as is the best thing to use. I’ve added a special link in the description above, please read the benefits of epsom salt. When your soaking in Epsom salt run your hot water, then place the epsom salt in the bath. I would say soak as long as you can then pat yourself dry. Another natural element you can use is Himalayan salt. Its natural and does a great job such as Epsom salt. You can use them both interchangeably. I hope this helps.
Good video King. I became a big believer in Epsom salt 6 months ago and counting. What our grandparents told us was not myth but truth!!!
thanks bro for checking out my video and yes our grandparents are always right when it comes to a lot of stuff. But we always look back at times and doubt them in things. We may have more intellect than them but surely they have a ton load of wisdom more than what we ever could think of. I grow up with my grandparents and trust mi! they got home remedy for everything, you name it they got. So yeah man, big up to our grandparents and other elders too for those remedies and healing for us all.
Thanks that helps because I’m in Vrazilian Jiu Jistsu
you are welcome, you can use it at least 3x times a week, given that sort of sport you are doing there. share the video if you can too, Have a bless day .
Thanks for your response I will definitely try this and hope for it to help!
Thank you
Yes, I have bought and recently started using the Epsom salt and hoping for changes i really appreciate all of your response and recommendations! Thanks again
no problem brother, glad I could be a little help to you, all the best to you
Can the Epsom Salt Bath cure chronic Constipation?
Hi ErichRaeder. Constipation is a gastrointestinal problem characterized by infrequent bowel movements. When a person is constipated, the frequency of bowel movements is as low as three times or less in a week. Usually, it occurs when the waste product of the body moves very slowly inside the digestive tract. As a result, stool turns hard and dry and passing the hardened stool become painful. The two main causes of constipation is lack of fluid in the body and absence of fiber-rich foods in the
diet. When Epsom salt is ingested for constipation relief, it has a tendency to draw out water from blood into the digestive tract. The water accumulated inside the colon helps to soften up the stool. The magnesium present in this salt then promotes contraction of the bowel muscles. Thus stool is excreted out easily.
And remember, there are two types of Epsom salt, the the one for bath and the ingested one. So you can get the the one you take orally and that will certainly do the magic for you
I highly recommend you take Glutamine Powder to heal your intestines – you’ll also find it makes your insides much more slippery so your bowel movements move along much more easily.
Hi DeeBee, Thanks for dropping that info here too and also watching the video. Bless
