Philosophy is the beginning of religion and spirituality is the
flowering of religion.
No that’s why its a difference between them. People who follow spirituality have no religion.
I believe God provides the Holy Spirit giving the spirituality to the philosophy of religion.
I enjoy the words of Lao Tzu.
So probably wu wei … better to do nothing, than to be busy doing nothing.
In the Bible, Jesus told his disciples to LOOK WITHIN when looking for God. Many years ago I gae up on religions and I "looked within" and found God. When that happened I lost the ability to fear. I could no longer hate. I could no longer cheat or lie or think negative thoughts.
Spirituality within God is the only space for me. I cannot say what religion does for others. It can be a stepping stone to God for some. But for me I had to deny religion and walk away and in so doing God found ME and yet, at the same time I was truly looking for him/her as well. We found each other.

Religion to day is bereft of spirituality although originally religion came into existence to kindle spirituality only. A true religion is based on spirituality and nothing else. All else is taken care once spirituality is awakened Religion must have done that, but don’t!
Dear Sir,
Yes it does. As regards, religions, they are all man made. God as not created us as Muslims, Hindus or Christians. God is one and we call him with different names. But sprituality knows only one religion i.e. religion of humanity.
Spirituality and religion do not speak the same language.
Spirituality speaks in the language of religion same as roots in the spiritual world are connected to branches in the corporeal world. It is the intention that moves substance around into corporeal actions.
Religion speaks in the language of tradition and culture, but has lost the connection to the roots, by only performing actions without intent.
However one learns where one’s heart desires, so each path has merits, as everything returns to the roots eventually.
Best wishes!
