maybe a little b/c you have to stabilize yourself on it but don’t expect to get a flat six pack from it.
if you have the right attachments
no but it will slightly ruin ur back alignment
Not unless you occasionally lean all the way back like you are laying down and come back up a few times. It is really nice for streching and it forces you to use ab muscles to pull yourself back up.
it helps a little…your body has to stabilize itself with the ball…so YES
no, not if your not move or doing exercises moves on it….
Yes, because you cannot sit still on one of those things.
I may help a little since you have to struggle a little to keep your balance.
I think just balancing on it would burn some calories, but not that much. it is better than nothing.
If all you want is a fat butt, then yes.
No it won’t work. If you do crunchies or pushups on one, it will work. However, if you wan’t to get a little exercise, try bouncing on it a little when you are sitting.
no it will turn your bones to dust. stop it now!!!!! aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh!!! your killing yourself!
are u mental of course it wnt it like saying does eating a kfc while running up w hill help doh!!!!!! no!!!!!
u know it ur self u wanna do something go join a class instead of being a muppet, i did ….lol fecking sore but im glad i did now i can walk again instead of buming down the stairs…lmfao
I think the acutal work out comes with having to keep the fitness ball still, because that’s hard. But you can do a lot of exercies with it, it does do a lot of good.
It will help with your posture and maybe burn a few calories trying to stabilize your balance but I wouldn’t completely reply on that for core training.
LMAO I love this question! Star for you
oh yes it helps some. Like instead of sitting on the couch watching tv try sitting on the ball. Even though you don’t realize it your body works to keep you balenced. It’s not alot but it’s better than sitting on the couch or chair.
