I am half Navajo, however I have no contact with my Navajo dad. This makes it hard for me to spiritually connect with my true religion…. Links to what spirituality is like and how to follow it are extremely helpful! Also, is being Navajo a special kind of spirituality, sort of how jehovas wintnesses are a form of christian?(I think) Thank u for any help:)

My understanding of Native American religions is that they are inseparable from the culture – you will not understand them or be a part of them without first becoming a part of the culture.
Given that you sound really young, that may mean you’ll have to wait on that, and later in life choose to live in an area with a high Navajo population and start re-connecting then.

2. Beat the drum
3. Run around a fire

Congrats you are now a medicine man!
The most respected of Navajo Ritual practitioners are called "singers." These are men (or, very occasionally, women) who can perform in their entirety one or more of the major Navajo ceremonies. They are not shamans but priests who have acquired their knowledge and skills through long apprenticeship to an established singer. They are the most highly respected individuals in traditional Navajo society and frequently act as informal community leaders. Men with a lesser degree of ritual knowledge who can perform only short or incomplete ceremonies are referred to by another term, which might be translated as "curers." There is in addition a special class of diagnosticians, or diviners, who use various shamanistic techniques to discover the source of a person’s illness or misfortune and who then prescribe the appropriate ceremonial treatment. Hope I helped

You might have better ( and more accurate) luck doing some research on Navajo on the internet. It will probably lead you at some point to their spiritual beliefs. And you would be more likely to get in contact with more Navajo’s that could teach you all about that side of your heritage. Wikipedia is a decent place to start.

Personally, I love the Navajo spirituality. I lived with them for years. They have no sense of time, yet they are never late. They live in the NOW. Like the rest of us are trying to learn to do. :)))
