ok basically im relatively fit, but not amazingly. i havn’t got any stamina, but am quite good at sprints. i need to improve my core body strength, and muscles on arms, pecs, abs… also need to get rid of this anoyying layer of fat on abs and pecs… any suggestions for exercises?

First off, I suggest a mile run (It is ok to walk if you have to, just make sure you get the full mile in and run as much of it as you can)
The key to increasing muscle is not to work out a bunch, but to properly feed yourself and space out you workouts. For example, work out your arms on mondays (Bench, Tricep extensions, Dumbell or Straightbar curl,), work out you core on wednesdays, and your shoulders, back and pecs on friday(Wide Grip Bench, Lat Pull downs, Weighted shrugs, ect.) while running Mon-Fri. Then on monday you do arms again. Good luck.
Exercises that would be good are definitely push ups, crunchs, leg lifts, and running, not sprints try to go for distance by pacing yourself thats what your looking for

what really helps for stamina would be da good ‘ol jump rope. single jumps & try ta mix in double jumps where yu let da rope pass under yu twice. also i used to be a personal trainer at 24hour fitness. i have come across a gentleman with US military training secrets that could be put into use in & outside of the gym. this should really help to progress your knowledge & fitness level to that amazing level your lookin’ for. check out my source to learn more.
