   I watch different ones everyday. What video do you recomend the most to start. I’m looking to better my life all the way around. Money, friends, family, my job and my love life. Also can I just listen because I turn your videos on at work?

   Thank you, David. Make sure to keep an eye of every new release and to take your time browsing and picking any video you wants for intense daily visualization. Pick one for exercising and others when you take a break. The main video should be watched at least twice a day, preferably early in the morning and late of night.     See if every time you just listen without seeing it turns you on. In this case, keep the MP3 for performing in bed, it’s not a crime, just a reaction. Don’t follow a certain pattern, just listen to your intuition. Those 9 Hz theta brainwaves had this arousal effect over you, it seems.

    Funny thing about this video i had to only listen to it while @ work,when watched for about a minute i started to feel turned on…sexually..dont know why but that was the feeling that was coming over me while.watching but listening to it i felt the same but not as strong…
