I’m a scrawny guy who is trying to add a little more substance to my upper body, but I don’t want that substance to be fat. I’m kind of an ignoramus when it comes to all of this health and fitness stuff. I don’t belong to a gym or have any kind of physical fitness mentor, but am doing my best with a mediocre weight set that I have at home by myself. I’m considering using whey protein, but I’m concerned that my work out is not hard core enough for that to be useful for me or that it might just give me a fat stomach. Can anyone out there give me some guidance and some practical advice?
