My goal for the summer is to attain THE perfect core/abs, and I only have one more month left. I really want to get some lower abs and possibly obliques.
Things about me…
I have a LifeTime Fitness membership, I play soccer, and I work out every single day. I have a bad back and hips due to soccer.
Can someone give me tips that will help me to make my core more defined? There is a link below… I would like to have my obliques become stronger and lower abs, and whatever else you suggest. Please be descriptive and tell me some stuff to do!! Thanks for the help!
