Jigsaw puzzles are good. I’m told that eating fish is also good for the brain (salmon, tuna, and so on). Um, don’t drink alcohol excessively or take drugs either. But those two are obvious huh?

Keep the brain (mind) relax, learn to concentrate, do meditation and yoga at least 15 mins everyday. Don’t try to make your mind worry in unwanted thinking, know who you are, make a clear path for your life and don’t let your mind to have any wrong turns… (maybe it’s a bit too much, but this will help you to keep your mind trained and work properly)
Do things in different patterns, shift up schedule. yadda yadda. Such as: Drive to work a different way. Or run the opposite direction in a circut.
