It is starting to affect my outlook. I think in a positive way now. I just tell myself, "enjoy the burn" and "keep doing your best at this moment."

I didn’t know that it would affect my outlook in school and life. I only been doing this for two weeks (2-3 times a week) that I increase it and kept at it for 2.5 months that my endurance level and mind will be better?
