im 13 and would like to keep fit , i would idealy like to start a yoga class , but im not sure if they do any for my ages , any suggestions for fun fitness classes for my age ?

There are many types of yoga that anybody can take regardless of their age. As well Pilates will do you good. I am teaching yoga to teenagers and i found there is no problem at all for them to follow the instruction and no result that contradicts to any general health term. The only thing that is needed to be focused that teenagers are having big problem in concentration and that ‘s ‘killing’ me while teaching them 🙂
Anyway, modification of yoga, yoga dance, pilates, or simply aerobics, are all good for teenagers.
