i will start a yoga class
is there anything special that i should know?
what should i bring to the class?
what are the first things that i will learn?
and I’m not that much flexiable, does create any problem?
and last how will yoa affect my body and how long will it take?

You may want to bring your own yoga mat, or at least check with the studio first to see if they provide them for you. Dress in loose comfortable clothing and be able to remove shoes and socks (ie. don’t wear tights or hose).
You don’t have to have flexibility to begin yoga – it will help you to gently build some. As for how long that will take or how long the flexibility will last depends on your body, frequency of taking class,etc.
Your best bet would be to call the studio or visit before your first class to get answers to your questions from the instructor.
your 1st yoga class won’t be that dreadful as u may think. if u happened to be a beginner,there are some baby steps and most of them teach you how to be flexible and at the same time relax urself a bit more. u should bring your own yoga mat (if necessary) and water. don’t wear clothes that are too tight nor saggy. once u do yoga u won’t feel strenuous anymore and it usually depends on how u could keep up with it.just a little bit of diligence will do.
